Adrenaline Pro Wrestling - VIC

Edwards Jemma (jemthepiercer) I love the Adrenaline Zone so much. They put on some of the coolest and most welcoming shows I’ve been to, with a canteen included for snacks and drink. They’re family friendly too which is nice, young ones are welcome at shows and honestly, they make the crowd, it’s a nice touch that you don’t get everywhere. The training academy is really great too, I’ve been training there for two months now and it has been so much fun and they are so welcoming and accomodating and it’s all under one convenient roof. It’s a must see/do.

Vintage Fitness and Health - VIC

P G Andrew’s fitness classes for over 55s have helped me already in improving my core strength, flexibility and balance over the past month. Groups are small, with a maximum of 10 attendees, and we train in a large hall, giving everyone plenty of space. Andrew introduces new exercises and varies the program regularly, so that his classes remain fresh, fun, and tailored to individual requirements each time. He is great at analysing individual strengths and weaknesses, and gives each of us valuable feedback so we can exercise safely and make steady progress. Andrew’s professionalism, knowledge, and fun classes have surpassed all my expectations and I can recommend him highly. Thank you Andrew!
