Tiah Gordon Salt is a beautiful, cosy and supportive Pilates studio! I went to my first ever Pilates class there last year with Alicia, and am completely hooked. All the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment for people of all experience levels. Big fan of Salt!!

Hala Pilates - VIC

Olivia Collins A disciplined and enjoyable full body workout, Halas Reformer Pilates class both challenges and nourishes mind, body and soul. The studio is light and spacious, and the expert instructors calmly guide students through the class so that the movement is continuous and transitions between each exercise seamless - I leave feeling energised, focused and balanced. I highly recommend Halas Reformer Pilates classes to other athletes, active mums or anyone looking to fine-tune their performance and feel great doing it!

Chapel Boxing and Fitness - VIC

Michael Lynch Absolutely great experience in chapel would recommend anyone to join up! Great community to learn how to box with and the coaches are really helpful and friendly. The fight camp was a great learning experience and id recommend anyone to do it!
