Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you! Sean R I brought in a stone to be set into a empty ring setting. The setting required modified prongs to fit the stone. They did a great job and kept it safe until it was finished a few days later - its now been about 18 months since and the work was absolute quality. I would trust Ridge again.
