Lea Fenton I met Matty when I was having some real Mummy Body issues and had been suffering a long history of chronic pain in my shoulder. He reassured me that I would be able to move my body in a safe way and if it became too much that we could switch things up. I saw Matty two times a week and not only did I build strength in my body again but at every session it cleared my mental state too. To meet a trainer whos professional, personable and not intimidating can be quite rare. I would highly recommend Matty to anyone wanting to look for a Personal Trainer.

Olivia Caldwell I came in store yesterday around midday to look for a pair of tight running shorts. The girl who was working gave me a few suggestions despite highpoint not being her usual store, she was super helpful. Staff here are always super lovely and friendly and great me as soon as I walk in!

Nick Bakai Hosted a birthday party here. Being candid, this is a big shed with about 20 jumping castles set up. Big ones, little ones, obstacle courses, basketball, twister, even a mechanical bull. It doesnt look like a swanky new facility, so if that matters to you, be warned. That said, the kids couldnt care less. They spent hours running all over the place and only reluctantly agreed to go home about 4 hours later when they physically had no more energy to keep going. Mick and his staff are pleasant and happy to help. Do keep in mind that if youre booking a party you are allowed to bring in a cake. Google said the opposite, but when I called to check, they said it was fine. Great place for a kids birthday and very reasonable prices. Pretty sure my other kid wants his birthday party here, too.
