Kelsey Duggin Apologies in advance for the long review, but The Loan Room needs to hailed for how amazing they truly are.
Our first experience with another broker was horrific and left us feeling confused, unsupported and with the view that brokers were there just to make money for themselves.
Working with The Loan Room, in particular Glen Ellis, has totally and utterly changed that perspective.
Our first broker from another company just took over, explained nothing to us and once we signed over papers basically left us to our own devices, not answering calls or emails.
I think a year later we contacted The Loan Room to see if we could re-finance through them but unfortunately we were not in the right financial position to do so.
For the following two years, Glen regularly checked in with us to see how we were travelling and if they were able to help us out.
Glen was ever so patient, professional, knowledgeable and consistent throughout the whole process.
I had a lot of questions, to which each and every one was answered factually and with our best interest being put first.
Even when we were unable to go through with refinancing through them, Glen still gave us the time out of his day to help us see where we were at and how far away we were from reaching the goal targets to refinance.
When we were in the right position to re-finance, we were pleased to be able to work with Glen and The Loan Room team as each one of them thoroughly explained each part of the process, giving us all of our options with factual advice and the freedom for us to choose what suited us best.
Honestly, I could continue to sing them praises but all in all, I highly recommend anyone to work with the The Loan Room.
We will not be going anywhere else from here on out.
