I really enjoy my sessions with Sarah, she is friendly, knowledgeable & supportive, and creates programs that work for me, knowing how to adapt exercises & training plans around injuries or pain. There is always a relaxed & friendly atmosphere in the studio, making it a welcoming place to train.
