Long Saad Woodbridge - VIC

Tim Tam William Ma has been superb from beginning to end. He was very quick to response, his explanations were very simple to understand, especially when a client doesnt come from a law background, William uses language that I could understand. Great patience, professionalism and positive attitude. Definitely an asset to the firm!

Lyttletons Lawyers - VIC

Name I had a very disappointing experience with this firm, especially with Amelia. The level of service was minimal at best, with little to no guidance provided. I engaged them for a Section 32, but at no point was I properly informed about what I was actually paying for or that the certificates (which cost $474) were only valid for "three months". This crucial detail was only mentioned when payment was due. The certificates were for the creation of the Section 32, but since the sale didn’t go through, I was left paying for work that was essentially useless to me. Amelia waited until the end of the three months to request final payment, as previously discussed, without ever explaining what had actually been done or what I was paying for. When I asked for the Section 32 after she requested payment, she simply provided the property certificates instead, which I had never received at any point during the three months. Amelia never explained what the certificates contained, how they applied to my property, or any legal implications. The fees were not properly discussed—only mentioned in an email with unclear breakdown. For the amount I was charged, I expected at least a basic level of legal advice, but instead, I had to seek out most of the information myself. Overall, this was the worst legal service I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for a solicitor who provides clear explanations, transparency, and proper guidance, I would strongly advise going elsewhere.

The Shire Conveyancer - VIC

Hugh Connolly Shire Conveyancer supported us through a recent purchase and sale. For both sale and purchase, the entire team were great to work with. We were kept informed at every step and anything we needed to know or do was communicated to us very efficiently. We used Shire Conveyancer 10 years ago and again this time round and their excellent service has not changed. We would highly recommend.

Little Charles Conveyancing - VIC

nathan dorman I could not recommend Ariel and Little Charles Conveyancing more highly - an incredibly professional and thoughtful experience from start to finish. Communication regarding next steps and deadlines was always provided in a timely manner and the settlement process could not have gone more smoothly.
