Being expats who are also new to the housing market, we were pretty clueless about the process and Craig was always ready to give us honest advice that went far above & beyond what we’d expected. From after-hours calls & meetings, to sending value assessments at all hours of night when we found houses of interest, to guidance in what type/location of houses to avoid, Craig was right there every step of the way, always friendly and patient with us while we figured out what we wanted to do. Not only is he an expert in house & land and first home buyers, Id highly recommend him for repurchase, refinance and as Ive done, for investment properties. He needs to throw on a cape because hes the superhero of mortgage brokers!
