Gareth de Klerk What a phenomenal experience as a visiting guest. My son wanted to work out while on holiday. The friendly staff booked him in and offered a session to train at no charge. The gym is spacious, very clean and well located. The staff went out of their way to make it a great experience. Couldnt be more impressed.

Jodi Fraser I came back to Pilates after a 5 year gap and tried a lot of places on the Northern Beaches, this is by far the best Pilates studio. I have a ton of old injuries and Naz knows exactly how to help me gain strength and flexibility without any of these being impacted negatively. In fact, she has helped me not be impacted by these old injures at all (shes healing me). Ive been going for almost 3 months and I have gained so much strength. Shes so knowledgeable about how bodies work and has amazing attention to detail. Plus shes fun and funny. The very best!

Otto K Its a lovely beach with lots of space to social distance on the sand. The national park also makes a great backdrop. The waves and rips are however consistently on the more dangerous side and I would suggest not venturing far in unless youre a strong swimmer. It is a great surf beach however.
