Staff are always friendly and the gym has everything available for a great workout/pump even during busy periods. (People complaining just need to learn how to compromise and have structure around their workouts) Theres great vibes every visit and honestly its inspiring seeing people from all walks of life showing up everyday and working towards and achieving GREATNESS!

If you’re looking for a gym to start taking your fitness journey to the next level or even to just begin one, I seriously wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. The equipment, machines and dumbbells are elite coupled with an amazing team of staff who are easy to approach and always down for a conversation to address any problems you might be having or even just for banter !

When it is busy does not feel suffocating and the members are all friendly and approachable, always have helped me when I have asked and needed it. There is a very motivating atmosphere when I train here. Have been coming here for over a year now, I always try other gyms but I gravitate back here and now I consider Muscle City Clyde my home gym. Would recommend to anyone to train here.

5 /5 Python: By far the most women-friendly gym in the area. Not only does it have a dedicated ladies-only section and pilates room, but it also offers a much more welcoming and safe environment compared to certain other gyms nearby. Its very spacious and has every type of machine you could need. Might get a bit busy during peak hour but its still the only gym I would recommend for women.

Western Squash & Racquetball Centre - VIC

Chelsea King 10/10 - as a beginner with no experience, my sister and I walked in to play a game (or rather just try hit the ball). We were greeted by Leanne and Ollie who were fantastic in checking to see if we needed help with our equipment. During our "game" one of the friendly other players came and gave us some helpful tips and tricks to improve (thanks coach!). We will definitely be returning and even will give some coaching a go. Even if we are doing this for fitness, it was great to feel welcomed and part of a community on the first day trying things out. Thanks guys!

Fiona M I switched to Glenroy Physio about a year ago and have found them to be caring and provide a great service. As both Pilates instructor and Physio, I found Bihter really knowledgeable and passionate in helping me address specific issues and achieve significant improvements . The classes always have good variety, which keeps things interesting and gives a well-rounded workout
