1 /5 Myles Kummrow: I engaged MW Law to replace a lost Title. They told me the whole process would take 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted them to check the progress only to find they had not even started work on the matter yet. The process ended up taking months instead of weeks! I have also since discovered that their fee was almost double what other solicitors charge for the same service. Very poor.

5 /5 LEON: My will needed updating. Liliana was very pleasant and respectful to deal with. The changes were made in a timely manner and cost was quite reasonable.

1 /5 Melanie Morgan: If I could give a zero I would. The service we received today was disgusting to say the least. I arranged an appointment to update my will with Molly. when we arrived we sat in the office talking and a lady that was with me (I’m caring for) who has lung cancer started having a coughing fit. I was about to ask her for a glass of water to calm her coughing down and Molly got up and said ‘’she was not going to stay in a room where someone was constantly coughing’’ and then walked out. I then followed her to tell her that the lady I was caring for had lung cancer and that was the reason she was coughing. Molly then got her Manager involved and they both kept their distance from us as though we were LEPERS or had the PLAGUE, the way they looked at us was disgusting, we were then forced to leave. !!! I’m just shocked that they can be soo narrow minded and not even listen to the reason she was coughing. they obviously don’t have any communication skills to discuss their concerns but would rather treat you like a leper and force you to leave. !!! I’ll be AVOIDING them like the plague in future. Disgusting service.

They were both approachable and available at all times and responded to queries and requests promptly. Over the 10 month period of settling my fathers estate, I felt well informed and confident that MW Law were working for the best possible outcomes and were emotionally engaged with myself and my family. So impressed that my husband and I finally had them draw up our Wills.

1 /5 Vincent Sullivan: Although only a beneficiary, my Grandmothers estate is now coming up to four and a half years with no resolution. Emails and enquiries go unanswered. Extremely unprofessional service from Grant Darling.
