My son has pretty bad anxiety but she was an absolute delight. Even while waiting in line she was just so helpful and kind to everyone. Thank you for your wonderful service and kindness :)

1 /5 Melisende dOutremer: The NAB website cites the closures are due to “more customers choosing to bank online, over the phone, or by video”. - No - branches are closed as customer service staff seem more intent on shoving you out the door and online rather than have to deal with someone face to face. Customers = jobs - or havent they worked that out yet??

5 /5 Tate OBrien: Went into NAB with a mate to put some money into my card. And a nice lady approached me by the name of Casey i think, and was the loveliest lady was talking to us about our day. I thank her very much as she was talking to us like a mum. She deserves a lot of recognition.

Thanks again ! The Maps location is still currently showing their old location, but Ive submitted an edit so hopefully should be updated soon. The new branch is located in the Rosebud Plaza.

Rob Douglass Pleasant,⁫ competent service Our financing was not so easy and the lender pedantic and pretty unbending. Nevertheless Simon and his team walked me thru the experience, always pleasant, always quickly responsive and eventually able to get the intransigent lender to permit an exception to their rules. The migration from paper-based to digital was in process during the transaction which caused quite a bit of repetition, but all ended well.
