Gabriella Francis 5/5 all round!! The facilities are excellent, and there are always thoughtful touches that make the space feel cosy and welcoming (like the scented candles, herbal tea etc). The range of on-demand classes is fantastic, and when the live classes and challenges occur they are a great source of motivation. Most importantly, the staff are outstanding - from the owners, to manager Kate and the whole team. I especially appreciate that some staff are qualified Pilates instructors, offering extra support and expertise. Ive truly found a gem in South Melbourne - this place has been a space of health and healing for my mind, body, and soul.

They are not only highly knowledgeable and motivating, but also genuinely caring and supportive. I trained here throughout my pregnancy and after giving birth, the guidance I received was amazing. The trainers made sure every workout was safe, effective, and tailored to my needs at each stage. Postpartum, they’ve helped me rebuild strength and confidence, always encouraging me while understanding the challenges that come with recovery and motherhood. The community vibe is so positive, I always feel comfortable, supported and inspired. If you’re looking for a gym that truly cares about your health, whether it’s general fitness, pregnancy or postpartum, this is the perfect place.

Anytime Fitness Botany - VIC

Sunita Chand I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are approachable and supportive, and the community makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated. This is hands down the best Anytime Fitness in the area, new, spacious, super clean, and packed with quality machines and plenty of room to breathe, so you never feel overcrowded. The underground parking is a big bonus too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a positive environment and a gym you’ll actually enjoy coming to.

Storming Fitness - Exercise Physiology - VIC

Tylah Smith I have been working with Dean for the past 10 months and have noticed positive changes in both my physical and mental health. I particularly love that every week I notice changes in my strength. Deans constant support keeps me accountable and motivated. I love the diversity of exercises Dean provides in both one on one and group training sessions. Whilst Dean pushes me he is also aware of my personal limits/injuries and grades exercises accordingly. What is most important to me is that I am able to train in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment regardless of my knowledge. I highly recommend training at storming fitness. Tylah.S
