They were good to communicate to and James loves a chat on the phone to ease the process, he was also good with being flexible as to where we could meet up to discuss matters in person. We had a complicated refinance and split mortgage to set up but NGM handled it all so what felt like a complicated process at the beginning was really very easy in the end. I would recommend NGM to anyone looking for an experienced Mortage broker.
