As first home buyers, he was with us through every step of the journey, and counselled us through a very trying time with our developer. He genuinely acts in your best interest, and is available to you whenever you need – one such example, he responded to us immediately when we found the perfect investment property and needed to understand our borrowing capability within 24 hours (on a weekend). He negotiated us a fantastic deal, even though we didn’t have the full 20 per cent deposit, and went to great detail to translate the complex jargon from the developer and conveyancer. Importantly, he doesn’t disappear post-settlement and is available to answer any questions around new home ownership that we have. We met with a number of brokers before meeting Adam, and we knew instantly that we wanted to work with him. We cannot recommend him highly enough, and are now working with him to finalise our investment property.
