Richard Peyton We were very lucky to have been directed to Chris Nothling as a specialist who could assist us negotiate the many complexities and pitfalls associated with difficult and emotional task of entering our mother into the Aged Care system. Chris was very personable, thorough, clear in explanation, and modelled some options that enabled us to adopt the most suitable direction. He was also very agreeable to collaborating with Mum’s own Financial Advisor in the process. We were particularly relieved to learn that the Alteris team could then implement the majority of our plan by navigating the requirements of the many Government agencies involved in the process. This was certainly a weight off our shoulders. We will certainly recommend Chris to anyone looking to enter a loved one into Aged Care. Some 4 years after writing the above review I can honestly say that Alteris have carried on the great work! Following implementation of the developed plan, we further engaged Alteris Lifetime Serive Offer to act as our Nominee to liaise with the various Government Agencies and the Aged Care Facility to ensure that the relevant charges were applied correctly. This followed the submission to Alteris, on a quarterly basis, financial updates of our Mothers assets. The various Alteris agents we liased with over the 4 years always acted with diligence and professionalism. I cannot emphasise enough how this liaison helped us with the navigation of such a complex area!

Cassandra Ellis Wouldnt give them a 1 star! Had Briony as our financial adviser had everything done and she completely ignored us and our emails. When she did reply 5 months later saying she will finish our application that week we again didnt hear from her. Only to then find out she left this company. Had Paul call and he was just rude from the start on the phone, advised him we werent happy and he just said move on as that was in the past. Im sorry but no need to be rude, weve waited 10months to still have nothing in place and all you say is move on.. definitely wont be going there.
