Catherine Nobes Ive been attending small group gym classes here for almost five years and really recommend it. Tia is a great knowledgeable trainer and her classes are varied, effective and great for participants at all fitness levels. The workouts are always different and challenging, so I never get bored and continue to improve my fitness and form. She expertly guided me through my pregnancy, adapting exercises to keep me active for as long as possible, and her post-partum recovery program helped me regain strength and confidence in my body. Her care for every client, varied timetable and ability to tailor workouts to individual needs means I keep coming back. 5 stars!

White Dog Studio | Yarraville - VIC

S I found White Dog studio in 2022, after my former gym was unable to safely rehabilitate me from major surgery. Since joining Ive successfully rehabilitated (more than once) and been challenged to move in ways I never thought possible, like headstands and handstands in the yoga classes. Also a big fan of their Pilates mobility and strength classes. Jo and the team are passionate, care about their members, and have deep knowledge of functional movement and strength building techniques. The other members are a wonderful bunch too, which makes coming to class a great experience all round. Not to mention, the studios are beautiful and clean (!), and theres always hot tea available for members in the foyer. They really go the extra mile.
