This gym is staffed by a great supportive team of women that embraces and enhances other women. Michelle my PT has delivered amazing weight loss and body sculpting results in such short period of time. I definitely would recommend training here. Ariel Paterson Michael is incredibly motivating and will accommodate for your particular needs or circumstances. You wont find any mirrors or anything that would make you feel uncomfortable. The equipment is kept in good condition (foot straps stay tight and keep your feet secure on the rower). Plus, the people there are welcoming and friendly no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
