Lauren Ryan Joining BFT Lilydale has been a game-changer for me! The workouts are always challenging, fun, and never repetitive—which keeps me motivated to show up. The coaches are incredible: knowledgeable, supportive, and they really push you to do your best in every session. The community vibe is unbeatable—everyone’s friendly, encouraging, and it feels like training with family. I’ve seen real progress in both my fitness and confidence since starting here. Clare B I’ve been going to Finesse Pilates for over two years and I absolutely love it!!! All the instructors are friendly and experienced. Sara’s Sunday classes are my favourite but they are popular so can be hard to get a spot. I also love that it’s a max of 5 people in the reformer classes. You actually get personalised guidance and instructions, which I found so helpful when I first started. It is slightly more expensive than some of the bigger chain studios but I think the cost is worth it for the smaller classes.
