1 /5 Audrey Cooling: My grandaughter bought a Pandora bangle for my bithday on 6th June was told by Lauren if I need the next size just bring it back will be exchanged, Went back to return shop closed for renovations, , went back this week they wouldnt exchange it said they cant do it neither would they give her a refund, I have tried phoning today no one answered 4 times the phone cuts out. My next call if its not answered I will be consumer affairs next week. To report yhem A disgusting service for Pandora

1 /5 W C: The sales assistant with the short red hair was very cold and unwelcoming. No greeting it even acknowledgement when I entered the store even though the store was empty. I had to approach her and ask for help and throughout the whole interaction, not a single smile or word from her. She treated me like I was a bother. It was a horrible experience.

2 /5 Keyla Sema: My friends and I visited Pandora Melbourne Central because we love the brand, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. We were assisted by Lauren, who helped us but in a very unfriendly manner. She seemed annoyed and upset by the questions we asked, even though we made an effort to be respectful and patient despite her attitude. I also work in retail and understand how stressful the job can be at times. However, it is still important to provide good service—especially to customers who are genuinely interested in purchasing. We ended up buying some jewelry because we truly like the products, not because we felt welcomed or supported by her service. I’m leaving this review because I believe constructive feedback can help improve the customer experience.

5 /5 Ali: I had a lovely experience at the Melbourne Central store with Lauren, she was very welcoming and helpful! I’m very grateful she was able to help me out with my necklace. Lovely staff at this location.

1 /5 Lily Page: Walked around the empty store for 20 minutes. No “hello”, no “how can I help”. Despite actually wanting help looking at a ring we ended up leaving because clearly the store attendants personal life is more important than their job, didn’t know gossip pays the bills.
