I used to feel anxious about going to gyms—not because the workouts were challenging, but due to the intimidating atmosphere that made me feel out of place. I always needed a friend to join me for comfort. Now, I’m not just at ease—I’m excited to head to Wonga Fitness every day on my own! The gym is inclusive, inviting, friendly, supportive, inspiring, fun, and delivers an amazing workout. It truly is the place to be!

Simeon McGovern Super friendly staff, the gym equipment is all in really good condition and everything is super clean. The fees are really affordable and there is heaps of parking. I would definitely recommend getting a membership here.

Aritha Yulia I have been to so many gym, I must say AF is the best by far! The quality of the equipment, the size of the gym. And the staff at cromer AF super friendly. However is getting busier then it was, many people joining, so hopefully AF will add more machine especially for lower body.

Al Meneses I have been attending BFT Sunbury for just over a month and could not recommend the team here enough! Sienna & Tyler are one of the most friendliest duo ever, they truly make the gym feel like a community rather than a place to work out & it shows in the way they interact with everyone on a day to day. Their guidance has been amazing so far and I genuinely look forward to each session.
