What started as a relatively simple sale of mums home before moving into retirement village turned into a nightmare (for me anyway) with 2 caveats / a jumpy purchaser who was looking to cancel contract / an unexpected bringing forward of settlement / a late request for a sale price discount / and finally mums unexpected passing away. At all times Nick and his team acted with care and consideration with me - he was nothing but professional during a really bad time and despite all the hurdles managed to settle the contract, ensuring our family grief was not exacerbated. I could not be happier with the absolute professionalism and coordination to make our settlement seamless and as smooth as possible.
