1 /5 Russell Saunders: Appalling company - was contacted by them, they refused to tell me what their role was to be in the sale of my house (saying it was "too much effort") and refused to state the cost....just expected me to pay them an unspecified amount. Contacted the owner of the company and he couldnt care less. Dont go anywhere near these cowboys, disgusting attitude towards customers!

1 /5 Noel Jordan: An incredibly frustrating experience dealing with this firm. I used their conveyancing services whilst working from the UK. Having bought and sold several properties across 3 Australian states I have never had a more frustrating experience. A phone discussion with the Director is the stuff of sitcoms - no level of customer service at all and he basically would not believe me when outlining a standard banking process. Dont use them.
