1 /5 Darcey Wright: Don’t waste your money. I ordered a ring and sent photos of the desired design. However I got a completely different design to what I had asked for. Not sure why I was even sent a ring so different to the agreed design. The ring looks cheap and child like. Would not recommend these jewellers.

It is absolutely stunning and surpassed my expectations. Ciro was fabulous to deal with and then the follow up service from Sandra and others was spot on. Highly recommend.

Sandra was my main contact and she provided me with any and all updates for me to check and if needed, for me to choose...such as the colour of the argyle diamond for my ring. The craftsmanship was impeccable and replicated my lost ring beautifully. Everyone at Phenix was very professional but also so very easy to communicate with.
