5 /5 Tania Hall: Having worked in and been a member of gyms for over 10 years, Ive seen and experienced a lot of different methods for personal training, but nothing quite like what Tom offers! His workouts are diverse, changed up daily and he’s always on hand to impart a bit of wit and wisdom with every lunge, jump squat and box jumps he makes you do. Having been part of the Phoenix family since its establishment, I can honestly say Ive never been as fit as I currently am, or as energetic. Even after 30 minutes of Tabata or an hour of boxing and several dashes up the stairs! Going to the gym is certainly not a chore when Tom is calling the shots; it’s a great way to work up a sweat in a fun environment with a bit of banter thrown in for good measure. Id strongly recommend that anyone who is looking for a gym, but hates the mainstreamed versions, gives Phoenix a try. You won’t be disappointed!
