Each coach has proven themselves in their practice and at an excellent level, they help you learn comfortably and ensure that their knowledge is passed down to you with the best of their ability. 10/10 Recommended

진(Jin) Jay is the best trainer I have ever had. He pays thorough attention to everything from diet to posture correction. He is very dedicated and puts all his effort into each class, so Its definitely worthy. My body & mentality have changed a lot. Also, the gym is always clean and facilities are new. The location is also great. Id recommend it to people around Gladesville!

Christina Magias Jess is an incredible inspiration who picked me up whilst I was feeling weak and recovering after chemotherapy. Jess got me back into fitness, has me feeling strong, and improving my bone health with extensive weight training. I would highly recommend Jess for a wonderful pt that makes you feel empowered, strong and is always teaching me improved form and keeping me on track with my heath and fitness!

Elmer S Great venue for small to big sports event like basketball, volleyball, netball and badminton. Very clean and staff are very accommodating. Plenty of parking space. Accessible for wheel chair for who’s got disability.

vinay vernekar Ryan and Ash have been absolutely amazing with my kids’ progress. The teaching here is truly best in class — the coaches are not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. They take the time to recognize my child’s strengths and weaknesses, and work patiently to improve them. Their guidance and encouragement have made a huge difference. I couldn’t ask for better teachers for my kid — they are simply the best!
