Celia Cody I am so happy with this new Pilates that has opened in Richmond. Reformer Space and Annie have created a safe, aesthetic and intimate vibe that is super affordable for young professionals and students. The screens are super easy to follow along with and now I would never go back to Reformer classes at the mass companies who don’t even know who you are.

laura towey Jay makes fitness workouts fun, the kids didn’t even realise how hard they were working, and each time they were keen to go back…13 years and 8 years. Highly recommend. Updated review January 2025- From these group sessions my 13 year old (now 14) started PT training with Jay to build fitness and body confidence for his sporting pursuits. He wanted to build fitness and core strength. Not only did he achieve what he set out to, a happy byproduct was increased self esteem and overall confidence. Transition from 13-14 years can be tricky, I really feel Jay did more for my son than just help him with fitness, can’t recommend him highly enough.

O BG I never knew such an amazing place existed until I looked into fitness options post birth. Not only does Bump have amazing classes and trainers, the place in general has such a sense of safety and security. Post partum, a place like Bump is sacred and I feel for me mentally, it saved me. It’s gotten me out of the house every day to work out with instructors who understand my physical status after giving birth and are there to support you in build back that strength. The crèche and educators are just as amazing and feel like I am leaving my baby in safe hands. I have never worked out so much before and I have Bump to thank for providing such a great and safe space. We need more Bump spaces so more women can have this experience too!
