Matthew Bray I’ve been training with Lachlan for about 3 months now and his knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. His positive and welcoming demeanour broke down all my barriers to consistently attending the gym and he has a genuine passion for helping his clients. I injured my ankle and Lachlan designed effective programs to target my weak areas and build my confidence to rehabilitating myself. His knowledge of the human anatomy is incredible and my ankle is considerably stronger because of it. I’d highly recommend Lachlan for anybody who is considering engaging a PT.

BFT Clyde North - VIC

Melanie Vernon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BFT Clyde North has been an absolute game changer for me. I started training here about six weeks ago, and even though I’ve been on an 8-year weight-loss journey, losing over 30 kilos and trying all different types of training. This is the first time I’ve genuinely felt supported, motivated, and excited to show up. The coaches are incredible: knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress. Every session feels purposeful, challenging, and fun. For the first time, I’m building a healthy, sustainable relationship with both training and food, rather than feeling like I’m constantly starting over. The community at BFT Clyde North is also amazing, welcoming, positive and full of energy. I leave every session feeling stronger mentally and physically. If you’re thinking about joining, do it. I only wish I started here sooner!

Hiit Hard Strength & Conditioning - VIC

James By far my favourite gym, Ive been to several gyms trying to find the best for both cardio and boxing and none really scratched the itch like this one!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym that gives a nice family vibe whilst still progressing fitness wise
