Niamh Great gym with well-maintained equipment and smart use of the space in the middle of South Yarra! Ive found the staff to be incredibly welcoming, and they and others in the gym to be very friendly and respectful towards each other. Really glad I made the move from the gym across the road, Anytime has a much nicer atmosphere!

Janet Eades This gym is for women, it’s mostly resistance training on the 13 pieces of equipment and cardio in between. They also have a great yin yoga on wed night. Great sense of community. Clean. New equipment.

Melissa Ho Jake is a friendly kind and caring physiotherapist. He is patient to understand the situation and in explaining the exercises. Even when recovery and progress can be a lengthy process, in my case after 10 months in hospital, his positivity and working with the client as a team, helps to stay motivated and encouraged.
