She was always accessible and answered my myriad questions professionally and quickly. She made me feel really comfortable knowing that she was fully in control of all requirements. We cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough. When it came to settlement, Stephanie (aided by Vicky) was wonderful. She ensured everything went smoothly, so there were no issues. Normally, to receive such outstanding service, one would have to pay a lot. With Pioneer, we were charged a very reasonable amount. We originally thought we may use a lawyer for conveyancing. Boy, were we glad we didnt!! We wouldve been charged much more and definitely not received anywhere near the same level of service. We are SO glad we went with Pioneer.
