Wal Remington Ive been attending Fitness Revolution for many years now. Im in my 70s and have seen many clients working out at various degrees of difficulty over the years. All ages are cared for by the terrific staff. On any day they are available to help out with any problem you might have. Never afraid to point you in the right direction with a particular exercise. Dont know about the Ladies but the Gents showers are terrific. :-) Small children are well looked after by responsible young women where they are needed. Oh I nearly forgot, Fitness Revolution is always clean as could be.
