5 /5 Kellie Kendrick: I followed a trainer to Royale Fitness from another gym and it has been the best thing I have done! Matt and Tel form interesting and challenging training sessions and are always giving feedback and encouraging members. The mixed classes are awesome, and the womens classes are very inspiring! For me personally it is great that they take my running seriously and help modify weight training to suit my run training and events. They have also been amazing in helping me work through recent neck injury, modifying training sessions and giving me extra workout suggestions to get me back to the things I love. Royale fitness is great for both your physical and mental health!

Each year I have been able to get stronger and tick of goals with the support of the trainers. Matt and Tel know exactly what they are doing with the culture they have created, and they make coming to exercise with a group of like minded people my favourite part of the week.

What I love is the group training style—everyone is so welcoming, and you get so much support and encouragement from the other members. We really celebrate each others achievements, which you dont get from solo training, and I have gained so much confidence in myself. I love the flexibility of being able to bring my daughter, and the knowledge Chantel has around pregnancy and postpartum training is invaluable. If you’re looking for a gym that’s more than just a place to exercise but also a community that cares about your well-being and progress, I couldn’t recommend Royale Fitness enough!

I left the gym 2-3 times thinking that it was too hard to maintain in my busy working life, but I always found myself returning. I eventually realised by not attending, I found myself going nowhere (often backwards) with my health and fitness goals. Whilst my journey with Royale has certainly pushed me far beyond comfort zone at times, it has also helped me to develop a much harder mindset. I have greatly benefited from the amazing coaching and advice from Tel and Matt and so appreciated their support over the years, through good times and bad. The atmosphere is perfectly set up to support one another to reach their goals and I am so happy with the progress I have made in my time there. I cant wait to see what the next few years at Royale will bring!

More recently my postpartum journey with Chantel, her knowledge and experience in this area is second to none. I love that I can take my daughter with me and show her the benefits of moving your body, feeling strong and being surrounded by like minded people in a safe and fun environment. You guys are the best in the biz.
