Large open air workout areas , Friendly helpful staff who dont hassle you . Taylored workout sessions for the newcomers . All shapes and sizes here in First Class Fitness Umina Beach . Easy to find right behind Umina Bowling Club. Plenty of parking with disabled parking at the door. Seriously if your keen to get your body stronger,leaner or just want an easy place to exercise Umina First Class Fitness is the one . From day one, he took the time to understand my personal goals and crafted a customized training plan just for me. It was obvious to me that he genuinely cared about helping me succeed. Along with the workouts, Anthony created a meal plan to support my training and align my nutrition with my fitness goals. Starting with two sessions per week, I saw impressive results, which led me to increase to three. His knowledge, encouragement, and attention to my needs have made all the difference. UPG Studio - VIC

Dat Van James Nguyen is fantastic! I’ve injured both shoulders and the pain would wake me up at night. He literally fixed 95% of it on my first visit and elieved all my tension around my next and shoulders on my second visit. Just can’t believe how much relief he has given me after months of discomfort. James is very personable, honest and provides instant result. I can’t recommend him enough!

See Change PT - VIC

Stella Anning Maree and the team at See Change are awesome. It’s a lovely community and really great for families - I take my 4 yo and he gets to have a play with some friends he has made there while I work out. They have great facilities for the little ones and plenty of equipment for the group classes. The group classes are so affordable, it’s hard to beat!
