I did some individual sessions and have now progressed to group training. Liz and Kenny always ensure the exercises are done correctly and make the sessions enjoyable. They are so patient !

My Gym Childrens Fitness Centre - VIC

epic seven Event: Birthday Party Took my son to attend his friends birthday party on Sunday 12/10/2025 . As a parent I was not expecting much but to my surprise the activities and the staff were top notch! I was in awe with how engaging the staff were with the group, they kept it fun and safe for the kids and were very respectable towards what each child was comfortable with during the planned activities. Highly Recommend!

Kate Shum Fantastic range of state of the art equipment, cardio, free weights and machines. Pilates classes are great, have also tried the HIIT sessions and they are also excellent. I got a personalised program when I started, with three different work outs for plenty of variety.
