Rebecca Sutton Ive been going to aerial yoga for over a year now and Ive progressed from a very nervous beginner in FUNdamental classes to intermediate level.
Sarah is an amazing instructor, shes super knowledgeable, also so positive and supportive āŗļø
The classes are great for stretching, core strength, grip strength & flexibility, all working up to do really fun tricks in the hammock!
