5 /5 Erin Foster: PDP isn’t just a pole studio it’s a community that I’m proud to say I’m part of. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. It definitely feels like a second home. Went for my first class a little over a year ago thinking it would be a one off class and I got hooked,. The teaches are so passionate about what they are doing that it’s hard not to want to keep going back. Been doing private classes with Jess for around 6 months and I’ve improved so much thanks to all of her support.

5 /5 Sharon Weiss: I love this place. I stumbled in here one day because it was next to a yoga studio I went to, and fell in love from my first class. Classes are graded here, so you start at the beginning and build skills in a logical and safe way. The instructors are supportive, kind, knowledgeable and fun. Ive done a lot of fitness, and this is the first space where there is no chat about how to make your body look different, just how to do things you didnt think you can do. So fun.

5 /5 Serena Huh: Great studio for girls to build physical strength and confidence. The location is great too. If youre going there for the first time, the easiest way to find the venue is via Cecil Street on Chapel Street. I personally love Bexs, Georgias and Alekss classes. They are fun, sweet and nice; very rookie friendly. Other instructors are very good too, but maybe when I go to higher levels. They have a very good trial package deal. I was able to try many different classes and instructors in a short period of time, before I made the decision on my current class plan. If youre hesitating atm, Id strongly recommend you to take up the trial package right away. No time is better than now = )
