Evolve Health and Fitness - VIC

Jo Millyard I can highly recommend these two friendly professional trainers Martin and Jason. Twice a week sessions with Jason are always fun and time flies. A very knowledgeable pair who cater to the individual and adjust your training session according to injuries. They are extremely encouraging, motivating and supportive of your health and fitness. Attending Evolve regularly has had a positive impact on me both mentally and physically.

Cinch Personal Training & Transformation Studio - VIC

Justine Frost I have been going to Cinch for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. Nikki and her team have created such a welcoming environment that it is impossible not to feel brilliant when you are done. All of the trainers are lovely and also invested in helping you reach your full potential, which with their expert guidance and tuition is often far greater than you would have imagined for yourself. Progressive strength training was new to me when I joined Cinch, but I have always felt very confident to push myself because the trainers keep a very keen eye on what is happening and are quick to correct form or technique as needed. Nikki puts a lot of effort into her programs each term to ensure that we are always doing something different and fun. Her online spin classes are wonderful, she manages to squeeze an awesome cardio workout into a half hour session that is super convenient being able to do it from home while the rest of the household is getting ready for their day. Following actual cycling events keeps the classes interesting and lively! Brilliant gym, highly highly recommended!!
