Sharon Hall I’ve been training at Recharge Plus for a couple of years and I’m really impressed with Kirsty’s approach. Kirsty was quick to develop a targeted plan to help me improve my weak spots and I’m feeling much stronger. I love how Kirsty takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, offering services like red light therapy and Therogun therapy to help you recover so you can get back to training sooner. Kirsty is super friendly and makes each session so enjoyable. So if you’re looking to get healthier and fitter I highly recommend you give Recharge Plus a go!

Dario Perrino Anytime fitness Sylvania has been the best gym I’ve been to by far. Great variety of equipment, friendly crowd to train with, nice and welcoming staff, and has its own outdoor car park so you don’t have to struggle to find parking. Highly recommend

Non Gendered Fitness - VIC

Layla Nagyivan Ive been training with FMC for a while now and its been so good to be able to train here! The place is great and welcoming and Bowie makes me feel like its ok to take things at my own pace! Im not the best keeping to my fitness but i feel comfortable working out here even when things get in the way of exercise. I think the Semi-private classes have been the biggest help when it comes to keeping motivated. Also, pretty neat how they didnt skip a beat with training classes when lockdown starts and stops!
