He made sure that when I finished any conversations with him that all my questions were answered and I understood what he was telling me. He ensured that I was taken care of and that he put me in a better financial situation. He is really friendly, an I didnt feel like a number with him. He genuinely wants to help and support me on my journey to purchasing my first home.
