5 /5 Karen Allan: The best thing i ever did was start training at THMC. Demi is such a great trainer and makes the sessions so fun which makes you want to keep coming back for more. Im in my 60s and have been training with Demi for over 2 years. She is very accommodating and modifies exercises to suit where needed. I have been doing the online classes every day while in lock down and looking forward to when bootcamps come back. I would highly recommend this PT business no matter what your goal may be.

5 /5 Taysha McFarland: Demis classes are amazing and have definitely been the one thing keeping me motivated, especially during lock down. Its become routine for me and I love how we can join the class live or if Im too busy, I can do it a little later in the day. Theres a good variety of classes too so at the end of the week I feel as though Ive had a great all-round training. Before lockdown I did the morning bootcamps, which were great as well! As a mum with young kids, Demi made me feel comfortable with starting my fitness journey again and definitely made me feel welcomed into our group training sessions. And the kids are always welcomed to join in too! I cant recommend Demi and her training enough!!

Demi has been nothing short of amazing and motivating. She tailored workouts to my fitness and ability, and changes up our workouts all the time. Demi is flexible - we do training at my house and work around my son. She has shown me how easy it is to incorporate a workout into daily routine and right in the middle of my living room! Six months on, I feel great and am so happy with the progress I have made.
