Peter Simpson F45 under Steves tutelage was great, but the rebirth as Squadron has lifted the experience to a far higher level. Exercise stations are way better and are tailored to the Members needs. The trainers are the same fine folks, and keep us all working hard, with encouragement and the proper techniques explained. Having the Studio open for personal sessions is an added bonus. I pay less than I did when I joined F45 in March 2017. Dont just believe me though, come and do a Trial. Youll love it!!

Jessica Walker Loved my first class with Estelle. Gentle yoga practice in a studio with welcoming atmosphere. It’s a plus to have loads of parking and access. Looking forward to next class.

Fiona Yap My son Reuben who is 7 does the kids classes. It is the highlight of his week. Morgan, Ben, and Corey are incredible at teaching kids! They keep the kids engaged for the entire session, and I’ve noticed consistent progress week after week. The classes are not only fun but also lay a strong foundation for the skills needed to continue in Muay Thai. I highly recommend Khaoboy Muay Thai Gym to anyone looking for a great place to introduce their kids to martial arts.
