David Rogers I always feel such genuine relief after a session of Myotherapy. The care and quality of the service are outstanding. What I appreciate most is the attention to detail the therapist notices everything that’s happening with my body and ensures that treatments are repeated and followed through, which makes such a difference. The environment itself is lovely, with soft music and a calming ambience that immediately puts me at ease. More importantly, I feel that I’m being looked after by someone who truly cares, not just about my condition, but about me as an individual. Fredi Smith The best gym! Lovely trainers, short but efficient classes and always a good vibe. Have been a member in the past (not anymore as I moved further away) and most recently been doing one PT session a week with Sam. She is a great personal trainer and her workouts are equal parts challenging and achievable. I have trained with her all throughout my recent pregnancy and can’t wait to go back in a few weeks.

Kimekai Martial Arts - VIC

Patrik Giles Ive only been training here a few months (before covid) but I can already feel that the gym has a great community and people oriented feel. Coaches are really helpful and the curriculum is excellent. 11/10!
