Brooklyn B This gym is amazing! It was my first time ever coming to a gym and from the first email contact, to my first PT session with Shana, Ive been made to feel welcomed and valued. I must say, the kindess and helpfulness of the team here has me so excited in beginning my gym fitness life! Shout out to everyone on staff including Julian whos organised it all and took me on a tour, thank you. And Shana is an amazing PT, cant wait to continue working with in just in time for the new year! Thank you! You can tell everyone here puts great pride in their work and the VU fitness centre.

Anytime Fitness - VIC

Hassan Beydoun Walked into Anytime Fitness Sunbury thinking I’d just do a light session. First thing I see is a bloke deadlifting enough weight to tow a caravan. I panic and pretend to stretch for 15 minutes so I don’t embarrass myself. Eventually I touch a dumbbell — instantly feel stronger. Some lady walks past and says, “Good job!” I hadn’t even lifted it yet. Motivation skyrocketed. I hit one set of bench, feel like The Rock, then nearly tear my soul trying to re-rack the bar. Staff were legends though — didn’t laugh (too loud). By the end of the session, I was walking out like I owned the place — arms slightly bent, chest out, protein shaker in hand. My only complaint? The mirrors are too honest. 10/10 gym. Smells like hard work and pre-workout.
