From day one, their service has been appalling, unreachable phone lines, unanswered emails, and complete silence when help is needed most. Their so-called "customer care" is a joke. It’s impossible to speak to a real person who actually cares or knows what they’re doing. Every interaction feels like hitting a brick wall. No accountability, no support, and absolutely no respect for their customers’ time or well-being. This company is a walking red flag. The stress, frustration, and mental exhaustion they’ve caused me is beyond words. Getting a loan from them was a terrible mistake, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favour-stay far, far away.
