Maiko Brewer I really like this yoga centre. I feel that Chris, the yoga teacher, does the most sophisticated and beautiful yoga poses of any yoga teacher I have ever seen. I like the way Chriss yoga is in tune with deeper breathing and each pose is done with great care. I take long, deep breaths and find the pace of her classes perfectly suited to me. After her classes I feel lighter not only in my body but also in my spirit!

Everyday Strength - VIC

Pip Maloney One of the best fitness and lifestyle experiences ive had! Emily cares greatly for all her clients and members. Having a dedicated program and constant guidance has helped me immensely in my strength journey. I feel stronger, fitter and way more confident since starting with Everyday Strength. Thank you Em!!! Highly recommend for anyone - no matter where they are in the world of strength. I had zero experience, i now cant imagine going to the gym and not including weights in my workouts.

Carla Gilder Fitness - VIC

Christine Hilton Cooke I joined Carla Gilder Fitness 18 months ago on the recommendation of a friend and I can categorically say it has changed my life for the better. I never thought I would be partaking in 1 exercise class a week let alone 5 in my 60s! The classes are so beneficial and so enjoyable. The Trainers encourage improvement but you dont feel pressurised and your fitness just builds up naturally week on week. A big shout out to Carla, Fran, Kim, Shelley and Louise who make fitness fun. I feel so much better mentally, fitter and more flexible. The CGF family/community are just so welcoming/encouraging and I have met such great people. When I first joined I thought I was reasonably fit as I run 5K twice a week with warm up stretching exercises beforehand. However when I started classes I was shocked to discover that I could no longer do sit ups which, thanks to CGF I can. Definitely a case of if you dont use it you lose it. I can also vouch that Couch to 5k courses really do work.Thanks to CGF I will be fit for life. Thank you all so very much, Christine Hilton Cooke.

Altitude Fit SA - VIC

Mel Parsons Ive been coming to Altitude Fit for nearly a year now. Never ever set foot in a gym before but everyone was so welcoming and helpful. When I started I had back issues that saw me needing modifications to the exercises within the classes but thanks to Brodie and Aaron they have worked through my good days and my bad days. As my time at Altitude Fit has continued I have gained more strength and knowledge on how to help my back and now Im reaching PBs I never ever thought I would. Also a special mention goes to Sharee and Shenai for their on going support. The team at Altitude Fit is amazing!!!
