Rosemary is an extremely knowledgeable and professional pilates practitioner, and individualises and constantly updates programmes according to your weekly requirements. Rosemary always checks in as to how my body has been before each class and modifies and guides me through each exercise accordingly.
The Ranges Pilates Studio is fastidiously clean and calm, with all up to date equipment.
One on one training or small classes with a maximum of four persons ensures individual attention at all times.
I always come away from my pilates class with my body feeling much more "free" and "loose" and a smile on my face.
