Stephanie Huynh Excellent gym! The strength and conditioning programs are effective (and fun!) and incorporate a huge range of equipment and free weights, plus there’s a running club, running workshops, hiking opportunities, body composition scans, social events, and much more. There’s a strong focus on technique, results, and building skills at the gym. Dan, the owner, is an amazing trainer, brimming with knowledge, experience, advice, and words of wisdom and encouragement. Great community, supportive environment, good vibes, and an all-round good time. I highly recommend The Project.

Mic Touma What a community of people to join. Everyone here is for you not to just motivate you and keep you accountability, but genuinely care for their members like family. The facilities are amazing, having access to gym outside the prescribed classes, ice bath and infrared sauna to help with your recovery. Come down and see it for yourself - you won’t be disappointed.

George has been more than just a coach — he’s been a mentor and a role model who pushes Luke to be his best.
