In the 4 months of workouts with Chad, I feel that I have made really great progress. Sessions with Chad are very satisfying. He pushes me to do my best but knows where the limit is, so that I get the maximum benefit, without overtraining.
Chad’s strengths are that he is very personable, and a great communicator. He has worked to understand my goals and really listens to what I have to say, including any feedback following each session. He has given a lot of thought to tailoring each session to help me achieve the outcomes I am looking for, and adjusts my workouts based on progress each week.
Chad ensures that training is balanced between cardio and strength work to suit my chosen sport. Training is always interesting, challenging and very positive. Chad will push me to work hard in a very encouraging way. Chad has performed at an elite level in a highly competitive sporting background, and so he clearly knows what works and explains each exercise, its correct technique, and what the benefits are. He watches carefully to ensure I am following the technique to get the maximum benefits whilst avoiding strain or injury.
