Andrew Kimber I am very happy to recommend Chad to anyone looking to improve their fitness and sporting performance. Chad is a very capable, professional and personable trainer. In the 4 months of workouts with Chad, I feel that I have made really great progress. Sessions with Chad are very satisfying. He pushes me to do my best but knows where the limit is, so that I get the maximum benefit, without overtraining. Chad’s strengths are that he is very personable, and a great communicator. He has worked to understand my goals and really listens to what I have to say, including any feedback following each session. He has given a lot of thought to tailoring each session to help me achieve the outcomes I am looking for, and adjusts my workouts based on progress each week. Chad ensures that training is balanced between cardio and strength work to suit my chosen sport. Training is always interesting, challenging and very positive. Chad will push me to work hard in a very encouraging way. Chad has performed at an elite level in a highly competitive sporting background, and so he clearly knows what works and explains each exercise, its correct technique, and what the benefits are. He watches carefully to ensure I am following the technique to get the maximum benefits whilst avoiding strain or injury. Chad is very personable and engaging and brings a very positive approach to each session. I look forward to each session with Chad, and I am very confident to recommend Chad to anyone, as he has the experience, knowledge and engagement to deliver a fitness program to suit any individual of any age or fitness level.

Louise Roche - VIC

Liz Young I would definitely recommend Louise to anyone looking for a personal trainer. My training had been very stop and start with more stops than starts but Louise has encouraged me to get in to a regular pattern of training. Best of all it is varied - weights, cardio and resistance all combined to provide a tough but enjoyable workout and most importantly a programme which is getting results. I feel much better physically and mentally and Louise definitely motivates me to work hard and push myself much more than I ever would on my own.

StretchTime - VIC

John Richardson Ive been seeing Mick at StretchTime for about 5 months now. Since day 1, he has been pivotal in helping me regain mobility in parts of my body that had been dormant due to a change in work (Quads, Adductors, Hamstrings, Groin, Lower Back + many more) as such, this has allowed me to start training to re-gain my fitness. I could not have done that without Stretch Time The community Mick has created through StretchTime is amazing, everyone has been extremely nice, respectful and most of all, keen to befriend any newcomers (especially Mick...legend!!) The shop is always clean, tidy and accessible (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) which makes it extremely conveniant. I would recommend StretchTimes services to anyone interested in gaining more mobility whether they be young, old, fit, injured or just plain sore! Thanks again Mick!
