5 /5 Adrian Merrick: I really enjoy going to this gym. The equipment is great and the crowd is diverse. Some reviews say its full of gym junkies taking selfies. I disagree - there are some like that, like all gyms, but the crowd is diverse in terms of age, gender and ability. Its often quite busy but without being overly full, which is a good balance if the energy of others helps motivate you. The pumping music is exactly the right tone and TBH its better when its louder. People who want to listen to their own thing can still do so. Personally I often listen to an audiobook or podcast so I can get both gym music and content at the same time. The only things Id recommend changing would be to somehow try to keep the spin music shielded from the rest of the gym (hard without a ceiling on the spin room I know) as it can mean you hear a bit of two different songs at once. And the fishing shows on the TVs kill me, mainly because I hate myself for actually watching them. Overall a highly recommended gym and beats the others Ive tried in the local area hands down (eg First Fitness on Nepean Highway which looks like it was last updated in 1988).
