5 /5 Steve Huskey: I took a boxing class from Karen Catalucci. She is an excellent fitness class instructor. Im a lifetime fitness junkie, been exercising since age 12. Sometimes workouts can be repetitive and boring. Her workout was fresh, High Intensity Interval Training. She used heavy bags and shadow boxing gloves to work your shoulders. If you think youre in shape, try this. Be ready for the warm up. When class starts, the sweat starts.
Her humor is on point. She is highly intelligent, shown by the way she motivates people based on their skill and personality. She is clearly an accommoplished boxer. This class was amazing. All of the equipment was provided. I wish they had one here in Austin.
