Shirley Spain I recently twice called into your branch requiring some assistance and on both occasions was attended to by a young gentleman named Aaron. I am 75 & am embarrassed to say that sometimes I find some applications either never used before or used once in a blue moon a little daunting however on both occasions I have had the help of Aaron. I am very impressed with his excellent customer service & he has made me feel very comfortable about my inability to know the working of the apps. Tony Antonios Alexandra from the Salary Packaging team was awesome to deal with as was Priyasha for Novated Leasing. The app however is a little slow and clunky, and it would be great if there were more options to self-serve through it. The fuel card on novated leasing is not great though - I previously had one that allowed usage at any service station and no need to constantly put in Odometer readings each time.
